| Forensic Mapping Training is offered through Thomas Langley & Company. We are SOKKIA certified trainers in the use and employment of Electronic Total Stations adn Lasers for Forensic Mapping. We support law enforcement agencies after the purchase of electronic total station equipment. Electronic Total Stations are complex electronic devices and training is needed not only to learn how to operate the station, but how to set it up specifically for accident investigation and reconstruction. Forensic Mapping can be used indoors or out of doors for crime scenes or crash sites. Learning how to make effective use of your electronic total station can make the difference in the savings in safety, man hours, and job quality you used to justify the expense. TLC trains officers on the use and deployment of electronic total stations and their integration into computer aided drafting (CAD) packages such as AutoCad LT 98 or AutoCad 14. Training is provided by certified police instructors. Referrals are available upon request. |
